Refund/ Return Policy

We do not accept returns on any items without original tags or in its original packaging. We do not accept back worn, used or washed items. 
We only accept returns if the item is defective NOT due to postal service damage.  In that case, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the item to our customer service email: SHOPBEAUCO.COM . 


* In stock items take approximately one business week to ship from our location. 
* Pre Order items take two- three business weeks from closing date.

*Once your order has shipped with the postal service, we are no longer responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. You will need to contact your local postal service to further assist you.
